Let’s Yolk About It is a breakfast and brunch spot on 2nd Street in Belmont Shore, Long Beach, a short walk from Alamitos Bay. Co-owners Rebecca Hinderer and Melissa Almarez pair Southern hospitality with a full breakfast menu, led by a signature charcuterie breakfast board. Mimosas and micheladas fill the drink list, and the team also handles catering and private events.
