Pho Hong Phat

Pho Hong Phat is a longtime Vietnamese noodle shop in Zaferia, Long Beach, inside the Cambodia Town stretch. Beef pho in a deep, dark broth is the main draw, and the menu also covers chicken and shrimp pho, Hainan chicken rice and Phnom Penh noodle soup. A Chinese-Cambodian family runs the shop, and online orders are available.
