Viaje is a contemporary Mexican restaurant on 2nd Street in Belmont Shore, Long Beach, from Julio Gutierrez, founder of Baja Fish Tacos. The full bar leans on creative cocktails and a showy tequila display, and diners come back for the skirt steak and yellowtail ceviche. Big custom booths set a modern, classy mood for date night, and there is outdoor seating.
