Long Beach Community Action Partnership

Long Beach Community Action Partnership has helped income-qualified families in the city for more than 45 years. It offers utility bill help and home weatherization, free tax preparation, emergency food support, and LAMP, a youth arts and media program with paid internships. It also runs PADNET, the city’s public access TV station, and locals can donate or join its media programs.
