Long Beach Conservancy

Long Beach Conservancy is a nonprofit that works to restore and preserve the city’s historic buildings and cultural sites. It raises money through tours and merchandise, and starting in 2026 it awards restoration grants to local landmarks such as the Villa Riviera. Locals can buy tour tickets, shop its store, or donate.
