ISM Brewing & Kitchen

ISM Brewing is a brewpub on The Promenade in Downtown Long Beach, opened in late 2023 by brewer Ian McCall. Its small-batch ales and lagers won World Beer Cup gold for a West Coast IPA and a Coffee Brown Ale. The scratch kitchen serves burgers, wings, ribs, and pickled eggs, and a large patio faces the Promenade, with drag bingo and cumbia nights on the calendar.
