California Heights Neighborhood Association

The California Heights Neighborhood Association is a volunteer-run Long Beach nonprofit that preserves the California Heights Historic District and teaches people about its history and architecture. It has restored historic street lamps, planted hundreds of trees, organizes street and alley cleanups and publishes a neighborhood newsletter. Neighbors can volunteer, attend quarterly community meetings, or come out for the Block Party and the Home & Garden Tour.
