Colossus Coffee + Bread

Colossus is a woman-founded, family-run bakery with a coffee shop and restaurant on 2nd Street in Belmont Shore, Long Beach. Founders Kristin Colazas Rodriguez and Nicholas Rodriguez started at farmers markets and now bake long-fermented sourdough and seasonal croissant pastries. The coffee shop offers counter service with limited seating, and the restaurant serves brunch and dinner with reservations.
