DiPiazza’s is a pizza joint and live music room on Pacific Coast Highway near the Traffic Circle in Long Beach. Mark DiPiazza ran it for about 30 years before Steve Guillen took over in 2020, promising to keep it the same. Thin-crust pizza and drinks fuel nights of local bands, and the stage has long been a stop on the city’s live music scene.
