Grass Roots Wellness

Grassroots Wellness Foundation is a nonprofit that works to make whole-person wellness care available to everyone, regardless of ability to pay. It funds infrared saunas for fire and police stations, including in Long Beach, to help first responders recover. Supporters can attend its Wellness and Valor Gala or Santa Pancake Breakfast, or buy its firehouse cookbook.
