Gusto Bread

Gusto Bread is an artisan panaderia on 4th Street in Bluff Heights, Long Beach, run by baker Arturo Enciso. The bakers use naturally leavened sourdough, in-house nixtamal and stone-milled flours for daily breads, conchas and other pan dulce, cookies and pastries. Specialty coffee and aguas frescas round out the counter, and the bakery has earned James Beard Award nominations.
