Long Beach Beer Lab

Long Beach Beer Lab is a fermentation-focused brewery, pizzeria and bread bakery with a busy taproom in Zaferia, run by husband-and-wife team Levi and Harmony Sage-Fried. Beers lean toward wits, saisons and sours, and the kitchen turns out margherita and pepperoni pizzas, charcuterie and focaccia. Sourdough and rye loaves come out on weekends, and a second taproom sits on Willow Street.
