Long Beach Community Land Trust

Long Beach Community Land Trust is a member-led group that helps longtime residents stay rooted in their neighborhoods. It develops permanently affordable, community-owned housing and is working to buy a 28-unit building in the north part of the city. It also advocates on housing policy, and locals can become members, attend its monthly meetings and workshops, or donate.
