Merge Opportunities

Merge Opportunities is a Long Beach workforce nonprofit that prepares young adults ages 18 to 28 for lasting careers. It serves people leaving foster care, those impacted by the justice system and youth from low-income communities through job training, apprenticeships, financial literacy and placement with employer partners, plus coaching after hire. Supporters can volunteer, become employer partners or join events like Bowling for Careers.
