Selva

Selva is a Colombian-inspired restaurant and bar in Zaferia, Long Beach, opened in February 2022 by restaurateurs Geoff and Karna Rau. Executive Chef Carlos Jurado, a native of Cali, cooks over a wood-fire grill, and the smoked bird draws praise. Inventive cocktails, wine and regional beer pour at an intimate bar, and two warm, colorful rooms suit a sunset happy hour or date night.
