Sweet Grass Sugarcane Juice

Sweet Grass Sugarcane Juice is a juice bar in the Bixby Plaza center on Atlantic Avenue in Bixby Knolls, Long Beach. Founder Johnny Chhom started it as a food truck, and the shop presses sugarcane fresh, served straight over ice or blended with passionfruit, dragonfruit or mint lemonade. A non-dairy milk bar adds coconut-based drinks in strawberry, matcha and pandan, true to its plant-based roots.
