The Guidance Center

The Guidance Center is a Long Beach nonprofit that has provided mental health treatment to disadvantaged children and their families since 1946. It offers trauma-informed care, early intervention, and prevention, and its Family Resource Center provides parent support, nutrition workshops, a computer lab, and basic needs help. It also serves families in Compton, San Pedro, and Avalon.
