The Merchant

The Merchant is a small bakery and coffee roastery on Long Beach Boulevard in Bixby Knolls, Long Beach. The case holds croissants, cinnamon rolls, savory scones and seasonal pies, and the team roasts its own beans on an all-electric roaster. A nautical theme runs through the cozy cafe nook, with gingham chairs, a leather armchair and hanging ferns.
