Yanagi Kitchen is a Japanese takeout and sushi spot on Anaheim Street in Zaferia, Long Beach, the third shop from a South Bay group that started in Redondo Beach in 2008. The kitchen puts a lighter, healthier spin on takeout sushi. Try the spicy tuna on crispy rice or the crunch roll, with miso soup and potstickers on the side.
